Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°F.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix with an electric mixer.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and pour the mixture onto it.
- Cover with another piece of parchment and roll out to the desired thickness.
- Remove the top parchment and score the dough into squares with a pizza wheel.
- Bake for about 1½ hours until golden brown, noting that the bottom will be darker.
- Let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
- Serve with almond milk and sliced strawberries.
