Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, arrowroot starch, and baking powder.
- Add the maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Form tiny balls of dough, about ¼ inch in size, and place them on the lined baking trays, pressing each into a cookie shape.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes until golden on the edges.
- Allow to cool completely on the pans before serving or storing.
