The Honey Mustard Sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and set aside.
- Skewer a piece of chicken, dip it in the egg mixture, and let the excess run off.
- Coat the chicken in the flour mixture, brushing it over and shaking off excess.
- Repeat the dipping process in egg and flour for each nugget.
- Place the coated nuggets on a greased wire rack over a cookie sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until browned.
- Whisk together the ingredients for the Honey Mustard Sauce and serve with the nuggets.
