Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Crush the tortilla chips in a food processor or by hand until finely crushed.
- Combine the crushed chips with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Toss the chicken pieces in avocado oil to coat.
- Coat the chicken pieces in the seasoned chip mixture, pressing to ensure they are well coated.
- Arrange the coated chicken pieces on the baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 8 minutes, flip the chicken, spray again, and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
- While the chicken is baking, whisk together all ingredients for the dipping sauce.
- Serve the baked nuggets with the dipping sauce.
