Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- 3. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
- 4. Form the ground chicken into round, flat nuggets, about 25-30 pieces.
- 5. Dip each nugget in the egg mixture to coat completely.
- 6. Dredge the egg-coated nuggets in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
