Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF and prepare a baking sheet with a wire rack.
- Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Drizzle neutral oil over the breadcrumb mixture and stir until coated.
- In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, salt, and water until smooth.
- Trim chicken breast and cut it into small pieces.
- Dip each chicken piece in the yogurt slurry, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated nuggets on the wire rack and bake for 23-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 3-5 minutes before serving.
