Ingredients

Ground Chicken Mixture

Breading Ingredients

  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp onion powder
  • ¾ tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Make the breadcrumb mixture by combining ¾ teaspoon each of salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a large plate or bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix the ground chicken with ½ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper until well combined.
  4. Beat the eggs in a small bowl.
  5. Set up your stations with the ground chicken, breadcrumb mixture, and beaten egg.
  6. Form the ground chicken into small nugget shapes, coat with beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  7. Place the coated nuggets on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, ensuring they reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
