Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Make the breadcrumb mixture by combining ¾ teaspoon each of salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a large plate or bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the ground chicken with ½ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper until well combined.
- Beat the eggs in a small bowl.
- Set up your stations with the ground chicken, breadcrumb mixture, and beaten egg.
- Form the ground chicken into small nugget shapes, coat with beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated nuggets on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
