Ingredients

The chicken mixture

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken Breast
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

The coating

  • cups Seasoned Panko Bread Crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Mix together the ground chicken, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Scoop the chicken mixture with a tablespoon and form it into nugget shapes.
  4. Roll each nugget in the seasoned panko bread crumbs.
  5. Place the nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spray the parchment with cooking spray and lay down the nuggets, then spray the tops with cooking spray.
  7. Cook the nuggets for 12 minutes, then turn the oven to broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until crispy.
  8. For air fryer, cook at 375 degrees for 7-8 minutes, spraying the basket and tops of the nuggets with cooking spray.
