Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix together the ground chicken, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Scoop the chicken mixture with a tablespoon and form it into nugget shapes.
- Roll each nugget in the seasoned panko bread crumbs.
- Place the nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the parchment with cooking spray and lay down the nuggets, then spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Cook the nuggets for 12 minutes, then turn the oven to broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until crispy.
- For air fryer, cook at 375 degrees for 7-8 minutes, spraying the basket and tops of the nuggets with cooking spray.
