Ingredients

Chicken Nuggets

  • 3 large chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • cup very finely crushed crackers
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Chick-Fil-A Dipping Sauce

  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 450°F or the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. 2. Cut the chicken breasts into nugget-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Whisk together the eggs and pickle juice in a bowl.
  4. 4. In another bowl, mix the almond flour, crushed crackers, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then coat in the flour mixture.
  6. 6. For baking: Line a baking sheet with foil, grease it, and bake the nuggets for 5-6 minutes, flip, and bake for another 5-6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. 7. For air frying: Spray the basket with nonstick spray, place the nuggets in a single layer, and fry for 9-11 minutes, turning halfway through.
