Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a large baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add the melted coconut oil and maple syrup, mixing until completely combined.
- Transfer the mixture onto the lined baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before breaking apart.
