Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Once the beef is fully cooked, add the frozen peppers and onions along with the Italian seasoning.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a large bowl, then add the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, and egg. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
