Ninja Creami Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

The ice cream base

The mix-ins

miniature chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Instructions
- Blend the half-and-half, sugar, mint extract, vanilla extract, salt, and optional food coloring until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
- After freezing, remove the lid and place the container in the Ninja Creami machine.
- Lock the lid in place and select the ice cream function to process.
- Once processing is complete, create a well in the center of the ice cream and add the chocolate.
- Return the container to the machine and select the re-spin mode.
- Stir and serve immediately.
