Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Oscar Mayer Selects Natural AppleWood Smoked Turkey Breast
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 6 matchsticks red pepper
  • 6 matchsticks cucumber
  • 6 matchsticks carrot

Instructions

  1. Layer two slices of turkey on top of each other.
  2. Spread some hummus in the center of the turkey.
  3. Add 2 matchsticks each of red pepper, cucumber, and carrot.
  4. Roll the turkey from one side to the other, tucking the veggies inside.
  5. Repeat the process for the remaining ingredients.
