Sausage and Stuffing Brunch Bake

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- 2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage, breaking it up until it starts to brown.
- 3. Add the onion, mushrooms, and garlic to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are softened.
- 4. Transfer the sausage mixture to a mixing bowl and stir in the stuffing mix.
- 5. Pour the stuffing and sausage mixture into the prepared baking dish, drizzle with chicken broth and melted butter, and sprinkle cheese on top.
- 6. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg substitute, and pepper, then pour over the casserole.
- 7. Bake for about 40 minutes or until set and cooked through, then let it cool for 5 minutes before cutting into 9 pieces.
