Instructions
- Blend the lemon juice, water, and oil until mixed well.
- Add the remaining dressing ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Adjust seasonings as necessary and refrigerate to thicken.
- Mix the salad with chopped green onions, additional cheese, and lemon.
- Serve immediately.
