The Dressing

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the box directions and set aside.
- Chop and prep all the vegetables.
- Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a separate bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, pepper, tomatoes, onion, salami, mozzarella, pepperoncini, and olives.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix until well combined.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley, then gently toss.
- Serve.
