Healthy Chocolate Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces ZICO Chocolate Coconut Water Beverage
  • ½ Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • ¼ cup ice
  • 2 Tbsp salted peanut or almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • ½ Tbsp flaxseed meal

Instructions

  1. Combine chocolate coconut water and chia seeds in a blender and let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. For a thicker shake, add more ice or frozen banana.
  4. Divide the shake between two glasses and serve immediately.
  5. Freeze any leftovers into popsicles.
