Tang Yuan (Glutinous Rice Dumplings)

Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a pot and add ginger and pandan leaves, simmering until fragrant.
- 2. Add sugar to the pot and let it simmer for 15 minutes, then set aside the syrup.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour with water and knead until the dough is smooth.
- 4. Divide the dough into three portions, coloring two with food coloring.
- 5. Roll small pieces of dough into round balls and set aside.
- 6. Boil another pot of water and drop the tang yuan in; they are ready when they float.
- 7. Transfer the cooked tang yuan into the ginger syrup and serve immediately.
