Salted Chocolate Covered Pretzel Nutella Turtle Cookies

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper or a silpat.
- Melt 8 ounces of the chopped chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dollop about 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet to form circles.
- Press one pretzel into each chocolate circle and freeze for 10-15 minutes.
- Melt the unwrapped caramels with heavy cream or coconut milk in the microwave until smooth.
- Spread about 2 teaspoons of Nutella onto each pretzel and press 2 toasted pecans into the center.
- Spoon caramel over each cookie to cover the pecans.
- Melt the remaining chocolate and drizzle over each cookie.
- Sprinkle with flaked sea salt and freeze for another 10 minutes before serving.
