Ingredients

The dough

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

The mix-ins

  • cups mini pretzels
  • 2 cups Nutella chips

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  3. Mix in flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  4. Fold in pretzels and Nutella chips.
  5. Chill the dough in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  6. Scoop dough into 2-ounce balls and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare baking sheets.
  8. Bake cookies for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are set and tops are golden.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the tray.
