Instructions
- Beat the softened butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- Mix in flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in pretzels and Nutella chips.
- Chill the dough in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Scoop dough into 2-ounce balls and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare baking sheets.
- Bake cookies for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are set and tops are golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the tray.
