Ingredients

The dough

  • ¾ cup packed light or dark brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

  • ½ cup pretzel pieces
  • ½ cup butterscotch morsels
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  3. 3. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until combined.
