Mini Phyllo Dough Shells
Instructions
- Mix all the filling ingredients in a large bowl.
- Fill the phyllo shells to the top with the mixture.
- Lightly spray a cookie baking dish and place the filled shells on it.
- Position the baking dish on the coolest part of the grill for indirect heat.
- Cook for about 10 to 12 minutes, checking halfway to avoid over-browning.
- Serve warm or let cool; they are also good the next day.
