Chicken Skillet with Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Instructions
- 1. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Cook the diced bacon until it starts to brown, then remove it and place on a paper towel.
- 3. Chop the brussels sprouts, slice the lemon, and chop the garlic and rosemary.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- 5. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- 6. Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- 7. Brown the chicken in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side.
- 8. Add brussels sprouts and rosemary to the skillet, then sprinkle the bacon on top.
- 9. Layer lemon slices on top of the chicken.
- 10. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- 11. Serve and enjoy!
