Instructions
- Roll out the pie crust and stamp out circles to fit muffin tins.
- Press the crusts into the muffin pan and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Microwave raisins with bourbon and set aside.
- Melt butter and mix with brown sugar and flour until smooth.
- Whisk in eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
- Place raisins in the tart shells and fill with the mixture.
- Bake until the tops are dry and crackly, about 25 to 35 minutes.
- Cool completely before removing from the pan.
