Asian Chicken Salad

The salad

Chinese green cabbage, shredded

The dressing

sweet chili garlic sauce

honey

wasabi paste

crushed peanuts for topping
Instructions
- Cook the peas according to package directions, then drain and let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cabbage, peas, carrots, cucumbers, and green onions. Toss to combine and chill for an hour.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the chili sauce, honey, sesame oil, vinegar, lime juice, and wasabi paste until well mixed. Chill for an hour.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well. Serve topped with crushed peanuts.
