Asian Chicken Salad

The marinated chicken

soy sauce

garlic, minced

minced ginger

Instructions
- Toss all salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sugar, and seasoning to create the marinade.
- Marinate the chicken in the sauce for at least 1 hour, then bake at 400°F for about 20-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Once cooled, shred the chicken and add it to the salad.
- Toss the salad with your dressing of choice and add the chow mein noodles just before serving.
