The dressing

Instructions
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a small jar, seal, and shake until well mixed.
- In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients and toss to mix.
- Drizzle the ginger-sesame dressing over the salad and mix until fully coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds if desired, then serve and enjoy.
