Ingredients

  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 ½ cups Milk
  • 1 ½ cups Bread Flour or All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ cup Unsalted Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Blend the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and baking powder for 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Melt the butter, then add it to the blender and blend for another 20 seconds.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and fill each cavity just over halfway with the batter.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350°F and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. If desired, broil for 1 minute at the end for a golden top.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then serve.
