Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Toss the patty pan squash with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings in a large bowl.
- For roasting, arrange the squash cut side down on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- For sautéing, heat olive oil in a skillet, add squash cut side down, and sear for 3-5 minutes on each side.
- For grilling, preheat the grill, toss squash with oil and seasonings, place cut side down on the grill, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- For air frying, arrange the squash in the air fryer basket cut side down and air fry at 400°F (204°C) for 10-12 minutes.
