Instructions
- For the Mint Chocolate Shake, blend hemp seeds and almond milk until smooth.
- Add banana, honey, carob or cocoa powder, and optional protein powder to the blender and blend again.
- Add mint extract and puree the mixture.
- For the Strawberry Shake, blend hemp seeds and almond milk until smooth.
- Add banana, chocolate raspberry liquid stevia, strawberry extract, and optional protein powder to the blender and blend again.
- Puree the mixture until smooth.
