Instructions
- Combine all shake powder ingredients in a mason jar and shake to mix well.
- Store the shake powder in the fridge to keep it fresh.
- To make the shake, add 1 cup of non-dairy milk to a blender.
- Add ¼ cup of the Healthy Meal Shake Powder.
- Optionally, add a pitted Medjool date or 2 pieces of frozen banana for sweetness.
- Add about 10 ice cubes to the blender.
- Puree the mixture until smooth and enjoy.
