Ingredients

Shake Powder

  • 1 cup organic, cold-pressed hemp protein powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk powder
  • 2 teaspoons organic spirulina powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Shake Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • ¼ cup Healthy Meal Shake Powder
  • 1 piece pitted Medjool date (optional)
  • 2 pieces frozen banana (optional)
  • 10 pieces ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all shake powder ingredients in a mason jar and shake to mix well.
  2. Store the shake powder in the fridge to keep it fresh.
  3. To make the shake, add 1 cup of non-dairy milk to a blender.
  4. Add ¼ cup of the Healthy Meal Shake Powder.
  5. Optionally, add a pitted Medjool date or 2 pieces of frozen banana for sweetness.
  6. Add about 10 ice cubes to the blender.
  7. Puree the mixture until smooth and enjoy.
