Cream Cheese Stuffed Everything Chicken

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Slice the chicken breasts almost all the way through from the side to create a pocket.
- 3. Stuff each chicken breast with 1 oz of cream cheese and fold it back over.
- 4. Place the stuffed breasts in a Ziploc bag with flour and coat them lightly.
- 5. Dip the coated chicken in beaten egg white, then coat with the mixture of sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onion, salt, and garlic.
- 6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken breasts for about 1 minute on each side until golden.
- 7. Transfer the chicken to the baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until fully cooked.
