Instructions
- Cook the potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain and cool.
- Once cooled, mix the potatoes with the remaining salad ingredients.
- For the coconut bacon, preheat the oven and prepare a baking sheet.
- Combine coconut flakes with liquid aminos, liquid smoke, maple syrup, and paprika.
- Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake until crispy.
- Add the coconut bacon to the potato salad before serving.
