Instructions
- Drizzle olive oil over the romaine hearts and sprinkle with black pepper and sea salt.
- Brush olive oil onto the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Set the grill for direct and indirect heat.
- Place the romaine hearts on the grill and cook until bright green with char marks.
- Flip the lettuce and continue cooking for a few more minutes.
- Remove the grilled romaine and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- Drizzle with more olive oil, sprinkle with parmesan, pepper, and sea salt, then toss to serve.
