Instructions
- Prepare the grill for direct heat.
- Rinse and dry the romaine hearts, then drizzle with olive oil, sea salt, and pepper.
- Grill the romaine hearts for 3-4 minutes on each side until char marks form and the lettuce begins to wilt.
- Remove from the grill and grate Parmesan cheese over the hearts, adding more olive oil if desired.
- Serve one heart per person or chop them up for a larger salad.
