Instructions
- Prep the greens by quartering the heads of romaine and radicchio, keeping the core intact.
- Brush the cut sides of the head lettuces and both sides of the kale with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the grill or grill pan to medium/high and brush with additional oil.
- Place the greens on the grill, cut side down for head lettuces, and grill until slightly wilted and beginning to brown, then flip and repeat.
- Remove from the grill and season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
