Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare the baking sheet with foil and grease.
- Arrange the kielbasa in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for 12 to 15 minutes until browned.
- In a large bowl, toss the asparagus, tomatoes, and bell pepper together.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, sea salt, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper, then pour over the veggies and toss to coat.
- Remove the kielbasa from the oven, flip it over, and move it to one side of the pan.
- Arrange the veggies on the other side of the pan or on a second pan, and roast for an additional 18 to 20 minutes until tender.
