Ingredients

The main ingredients

  • 14 ounces turkey kielbasa
  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 8 ounces grape tomatoes
  • 1 large orange bell pepper

The seasoning and oil

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare the baking sheet with foil and grease.
  2. Arrange the kielbasa in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for 12 to 15 minutes until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the asparagus, tomatoes, and bell pepper together.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, sea salt, Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper, then pour over the veggies and toss to coat.
  5. Remove the kielbasa from the oven, flip it over, and move it to one side of the pan.
  6. Arrange the veggies on the other side of the pan or on a second pan, and roast for an additional 18 to 20 minutes until tender.
