One-Pan Roasted Kielbasa & Veggies

kielbasa (or chicken sausage)

Brussels sprouts, sliced in half

baby potatoes, sliced in half

broccoli, cut into florets

carrots, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Toss the chopped veggies in a bowl with oil and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Add the sliced kielbasa (or sausage of choice) on top of the veggies.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, tossing 1-2 times during cooking.
- Remove from the oven and serve.
