Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9-inch by 5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray and parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until most lumps are gone.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, rotating halfway through.
- Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and cool completely on a wire rack.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
