Kale Tart with Cranberries

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Steam the kale in a pot with a steamer basket for 2 to 3 minutes until bright green.
- Blend the kale, shallots, and salt in a food processor until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the whisked eggs, cranberries, and pine nuts.
- Pour the filling into the prepared herb tart crust.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until browned around the edges and cooked through.
- Let the tart cool in the pan for 30 minutes before serving.
