  • 1 ⅓ cups gluten-free all-purpose flour or oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Ensure the batter is thick but pourable; adjust consistency with more flour or milk if needed.
  3. Heat a pan on low-medium heat and grease it.
  4. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake onto the pan.
  5. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until browned on both sides.
  6. Adjust heat as necessary to prevent burning.
