Spinach Pancakes

Instructions
- Blend the eggs, banana, maple syrup, oil, vanilla extract, spinach, and milk until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats, baking powder, and salt, then blend again until smooth.
- Set the batter aside to thicken while heating a griddle or skillet over medium heat.
- Grease the pan and pour a ¼ cup of batter for each pancake, spreading it out if thick.
- Cook until bubbles appear on top, then flip and cook the other side until done.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, making approximately 10 pancakes.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
