Instructions
- Blend spinach, almond milk, yogurt, egg whites, and vanilla until liquefied.
- Add oat flour, sweetener, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder; blend until combined.
- Stir in rolled oats and walnuts; let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low and grease it.
- Pour a scant ¼ cup of batter into the skillet; cook until bubbles form.
- Flip and cook until golden brown and set through.
- Repeat with remaining batter and serve with desired toppings.
