Instructions
- Blend the rolled oats in a high-speed blender until they reach a flour-like consistency.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until well combined, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Let the batter rest for about 5 minutes to thicken.
- Grease a skillet with butter or non-stick spray and heat it over medium-low heat.
- Pour about ⅓ cup of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form and the bottom is golden brown, then flip.
- Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
