Blender Oatmeal Pancakes

Instructions
- Preheat the electric skillet to 375°F or heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth, about 30 to 60 seconds.
- If using a non-stick surface, brush it lightly with melted butter.
- Scoop ⅓ cup of batter onto the hot surface, leaving space for expansion.
- Cook until small bubbles form on the surface, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Flip the pancakes and cook until lightly golden on both sides, 1 to 2 minutes more.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, adjusting heat as necessary.
- Serve immediately or keep warm in a 200°F oven.
