Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender in the listed order.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed, for about 20-30 seconds.
- Let the batter rest for at least 5 minutes to thicken.
- Heat a griddle over medium heat and grease it with butter or nonstick spray.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side, flipping as needed.
- Repeat until all batter is used, adding chocolate chips or banana coins as desired.
