Instructions
- Rub the steaks with salt, vegetable oil, and sugar; let sit for 15-30 minutes.
- Toast sesame seeds in a skillet until dark brown, then mix with garlic, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, and remaining sugar.
- Cook the steaks in a hot skillet, turning until browned and medium-rare, then let rest.
- Slice the steaks against the grain, serve with gochujang sauce, scallions, flaky sea salt, rice, and lettuce for wraps.
