Ingredients

The Base

  • 3 cups rice crispies

The Topping

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter and honey in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Stir in rice crispies until evenly coated.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish to form the base.
  4. Melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and coconut oil together until smooth.
  5. Spread the chocolate mixture over the rice crispy base.
  6. Allow to cool and set before cutting into squares.
