Instructions
- Mix peanut butter and honey in a bowl until well combined.
- Stir in rice crispies until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish to form the base.
- Melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Spread the chocolate mixture over the rice crispy base.
- Allow to cool and set before cutting into squares.
