The topping

Instructions
- Grease a 9x13 pan with butter or oil.
- In a large pot, heat corn syrup and sugar until dissolved, then melt in the peanut butter and Nutella.
- Stir in the cereals until mixed and press into the pan.
- Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together until smooth, then spread over the bars and let cool until set.
