Ingredients

The oats

  • ½ cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup vegan milk
  • 1 very ripe banana, mashed
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • a pinch sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

The toppings

  • to taste chopped nuts or any favorite add-ins

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar, except for the chopped nuts and add-ins.
  2. Stir to combine fully and cover the jar.
  3. Place the jar in the fridge overnight.
  4. The next morning, remove from the fridge and enjoy directly from the jar or reheat if desired.
  5. Top with your favorite toppings before serving.
